The location was convenient, with a spacious sitting area that suited our group of six - eight if you included the sofa bed. The dining table was a nice feature, though a bit crowded for full evening dinners; we made it work. The kitchen had most essential amenities but could benefit from a thorough clean, especially the utensil cupboard. It was a bit disappointing not to find enough drinking glasses; just a few more would have been helpful. Interestingly, I found the absence of a full toilet roll somewhat glaring, as most accommodations typically provide extras. The beds, fitted with soft sheets, offered comfort that was appreciated after long days of exploring. There were TVs in the bedrooms, which my husband enjoyed; however, written instructions for connecting to Netflix on the living room TV would have been a useful addition. The owners clearly invested effort in modernizing the place, and while not everything was perfect, the overall experience aligned reasonably well with the value we got for the cost.
